The Blue Jays need to sweep the Orioles. (Ep. 158)

The Toronto Blue Jays’ offense was nowhere to be seen in their series against the New York Yankees, as they drop two of three and make their path to the postseason even more difficult. But somehow, someway, the Blue Jays are still in the race, with the Boston Red Sox losing their series against the Baltimore Orioles. Entering the final weekend of the regular season, what do the Blue Jays need to do to make the postseason, or at least a tiebreaker game? Is there any hope of the offense — especially Vladimir Guerrero Jr. and Teoscar Hernández — getting things going again? Mark, Bryson and Jacob also discuss Charlie Montoyo’s management of Thursday’s game. Did Robbie Ray have too long a leash? Should Trevor Richards have pitched longer?
